PREMILL horizontal roller mill is an innovative, patented product installed before a ball mill for the raw material, clinker and additives pre-grinding or it is installed as an independent machine for coarse / medium-fine grinding, achieving high efficiency, operating reliability. The mill consists of a main gringing roller and three hydraulically compressed grinding runners. The material is ground in the layer between the main roller and runners.

Options for setting of grinding parameters:

  • thrust of each runner is adjusted separately 
  • grinding gaps under the runners and main roller are adjusted separately
  • slide gate at the outlet gap of the hopper regulates the amount of raw material supplied

 

Main grinding roller:

  • outer ring made of the wear-resistant material
  • side guiding rings retain the material in the gap between the roller and runners
  • hard facing is applied on the main grinding roller

 

Grinding runners:

  • 1st grinding runner is driven
  • runners move in guided grooves with sliding plates greased by an automatic system
  • hard facing is applied on runners
